Nanette, Mary Hoyer, 14" Betsy McCall Dress, "Fairy Tale"
This dress is much more elegant than it looks in the photo. The sheer pink crisp nylon organdy/tricot is covered with flocked dainty gold flower clusters that glitter in the light. The bodice is fully lined with pink taffeta and organdy, and is trimmed with metallic gold piping, at the neckline, with a gold matching bow at the shoulder. Around the waist is more metallic gold trim with a ribbon running through it. Underneath is a full attached net petticoat so the dress stands out beautifully. The dress fastens in the back with snaps. There will no more of this one, it is a one of a kind for Nanett or Betsy, also fits Mary Hoyer and other 14" hard plastic dolls from the 50's era, and I made one for Toni, who is a little different size, it is in a different listing. The photos don't do this fabric justice!

PLEASE NOTE: The dresses are made for the all hard plastic Sweet Sue, etc. and will NOT FIT the dolls with VINYL ARMS. If you have a doll with vinyl arms, please email or call me about possible doing a dress with a larger arm band for your doll. I don't do elastic in the sleeves because in a few years it always becomes loose and limp.
