Patsy Doll Dress, Bonnet, Slip

Patsy doll dress, slip and bonnet, three piece outfit, made for the antique composition Effanbee 14" Patsy doll. This dress and bonnet are made of palest petal pink antique embroidered organdy. There is only one for Patsy and there is one for Patsy Ann, the fabric is gone. It is expensive but exquisite for your doll! The dress and bonnet are  trimmed with genuine French Valencia cotton lace and real silk ribbon. The dress is finished at the bottom with an embroidered scallop. It fastens in the back with snaps. The outfit is a copy of an original Patsy outfit I once had. The slip is white cotton and fastens in the back with snaps also.
