Maggie, Margaret, Sweet Sue, Mary Hoyer and other 14" hard plastic dolls with the same size body, including the Tonner 14" Betsy McCall. Designed especially in the civil war period for the Alexander Little Women dolls 14" Maggie and Margaret, the little Women style long dresses are perfect for any of the 14" hard plastic dolls from the 1950s.
This dress is made with  reproduction Civil War period 100 % cotton  print in the correct style. It is trimmed with rayon braid and French Valencia cotton lace. The sleeves are the style of the period, and the skirt is a gored circle skirt slightly gathered at the waist and trimmed with a matching double faced satin sash and fastening in the back with square snaps. The dress is not sheer so does not require a full slip, but stands out better and looks prettier with a slip underneath. It is shown in the pictures over a slip, but the slip is NOT included in the price, it is optional . If purchased with the dress it is discounted from the regular price.
