Anitque bisque dolls need authentic clothing to retain their charm and value. My  dresses and clothes for antique bisque dolls are made in authentic styles and materials. I use no polyester lace,  or fabric for the clothing for antique dolls-- just 100% cottons, cotton organdy or voile, silk or other appropriate materials.Rayon ribbons and trims and even some rayon clothing ( in the turn of the century caltalogs it was frequently called "artificial or imitation silk) so I do use rayone trims in the form of small braids and so on, occasionally, it will all be in the dress description.
